Starting to question why you always seem to be the problem ?

ARE YOU...

  • someone living with ADHD and constantly told you're "too sensitive", "too intense", "too problematic" or need to "fix your tone", or "the one who needs to change?"

  • starting to question whether your empathy, ADHD, and neurodivergence made you more vulnerable to relational trauma or narcissistic abuse?

We help you make sense of these experiences by looking beyond diagnostic labels and focusing on your lived experience, including how ADHD, rejection sensitivity, and relational patterns developed over time. We support you in rebuilding self trust, strengthening boundaries, and understanding the dynamics that kept you questioning yourself.

We help you create realtionships and a life where you no longer feel like the problem

"Childhood ADHD is a specific and significant predictor of physically violent victimization in intimate relationships." (Guendelman et al., 2016

If things are unclear, consult a qualified mental health professional.

We combine trauma informed, integrative therapy that blends CBT, IFS, EFT and somatic regulation, with attachment focused support for communication and repair when needed.

As a racialized therapist living with ADHD and have personally experienced the impact of relational trauma. That experience shapes how I show up in this work. I know how disorienting it can feel to constantly question yourself, especially after being told you are "too sensitive" or "the one who needs to change."

In this space, your lived experience matters. Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you may be neurodivergent, or have never had access to an assessment, your experiences are taken seriously and explored with care.

In therapy we look beyond labels and focus on understanding the deeper patterns behind your reactions, emotions, and relationships. I draw from approaches such as Internal Family Systems, CBT, somatic work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you understand the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, protective, or exhausted.

Sessions are collaborative and paced with consent. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are without needing to mask, perform, or explain away your sensitivity. Your experiences will not be pathologized here. Instead, we track patterns together, practice tools that support regulation and clarity, build self trust, help you create stronger boundaries and connections that feel more aligned with who you truly are.

How It Works

First Session

Consent, privacy, a brief history, and a simple tracking plan. You leave with one skill for this week, like a two-minute body reset, a sleep cue routine, or a communication script.

After That

We review progress, refine skills, and add partner sessions if you choose.

Next Steps
