Therapy for Stress and Burnout

therapy for stress and burnout

When stress does not turn off.

ARE YOU...

  • Tired but wired, saying yes to everything, and feeling your focus slip?

  • Dreading Sunday night, waking at 3 a.m., or noticing irritability and brain fog at work and home?

We help with chronic stress, burnout, people pleasing, perfection pressure, boundary fatigue, sleep trouble, and the strain this puts on health and relationships. We also look at workload, money, culture, migration, and care responsibilities.

You want energy that returns, focus you can trust, time that feels like yours, and boundaries that hold.

Chronic stress narrows attention and drains working memory; small, consistent recovery practices improve performance and mood.

We blend CBT for priorities and thought traps, IFS to work with your inner achiever and critic, somatic downshifts for the nervous system, and values and EFT tools to protect relationships.

We treat burnout as a whole-person issue.

CBT helps you simplify decisions and build sustainable routines. IFS helps the parts that push and the parts that avoid finding new roles. Somatic skills shift your body from a constant state of alert to rest. Values and EFT-based communication protect connection at home and at work. Plans match your reality, not a perfect day.

Sessions are practical and paced with consent. Expect one small change at a time, and the real world wins.

How It Works

First Session

Consent, privacy, and a map of your load and supports. You leave with one easy practice, like a two-minute reset, a boundary script, or a simple sleep cue.

After That

We trim what drains you, build what refuels you, and track energy, focus, and ease in connection.
