“Slowly but surely, healing is not about becoming healed. It is about becoming a lifelong learner of yourself, of each other, and of the wounds and wisdom that shaped us.”

What Makes Us Different
WE BELIEVE HEALING IS PERSONAL.
We work to cultivate a sense of safety, feeling understood and supported, at a pace that honours you. Our care is trauma-informed: grounded in choice, collaboration, transparency, and consistent attunement.

Culturally Safe Care
We create a space where all identities and experiences are respected, with a focus on BIPOC, immigrant, and first-generation clients.

Anti Racist & Inclusive
We practice explicitly anti racist care and affirm all genders, gender expressions, and sexual orientations. Your name and pronouns are respected.

Whole-Person Healing
We look beyond labels and diagnoses, offering care that addresses mind, body, heart, and community together.

Therapy at Your Pace
Healing isn’t rushed here. We move gently, challenging you when you’re ready while always respecting your boundaries.

Lived Experience
As someone who has personally navigated systemic gaps in care, our founder brings empathy and understanding that go beyond textbooks.

Integrative Therapy
Integrative therapy using multiple evidence-based models to support whole-person well-being. Care is tailored to your needs and history.

Learning Style
Therapy is all about learning, so what is your learning style? We cater treatments to your unique learning style.

Evidence In Context
Evidence-based care is essential, but research doesn't always capture lived experience. We use it as a guide and adapt it to your culture, context and goals.

Meet Priya Jey,
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)
I arrived in Canada as a child refugee. Everything was new. I witnessed how displacement and bicultural identities can carry trauma through families and across generations. Therapy later gave me language and tools, and also showed me that systems can help and harm. That honesty guides my work.
I bring lived experience, community wisdom, and evidence-based training through a decolonizing systems lens. In session, we slow down, stay present, and try tools together, keeping what fits your life and culture. I support individuals and couples at a pace that protects consent and clarity. If this resonates, book a consultation today so we can build steadier days, real relief, and a life where your body and mind finally exhale.
“Pain is inevitable; healing is not its erasure, but our relationship with it”
— PRIYA JEY, REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)

We acknowledge the lands which constitute the present-day City of Mississauga as being part of the Treaty and Traditional Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, The Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and The Huron-Wendat and Wyandot Nations. We recognize these peoples and their ancestors as peoples who inhabited these lands since time immemorial. The City of Mississauga is home to many global Indigenous peoples.
